Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Cruiseine, we strive to deliver exceptional yacht charter experiences. We understand that plans can change, and this policy explains how cancellations, changes, and refunds are handled.
1. Cancellation by Customer
- Cancellations must be requested in writing via email to bookings@cruiseine.com and are subject to the following terms:
- More than 7 Days Before Charter Date
Full refund (minus any transaction charges) - 3 to 7 Days Before Charter Date
50% refund of the total booking amount - Less than 3 Days or No-Show
- No refund
(You may reschedule once at our discretion)
2. Changes to Bookings
- Requests to reschedule are allowed up to 72 hours before the charter time.
- Rescheduling is subject to yacht availability and must be within 30 days of the original booking.
- Only one reschedule is permitted per booking.
3. Cancellation by Cruiseine
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to:
- Severe weather or unsafe sea conditions
- Technical issues with the yacht
- Crew unavailability or other unforeseen circumstances
- If we cancel, you will receive:
- A 100% full refund, or
- The option to reschedule without penalty
4. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds are made to the original payment method only.
- Transaction fees charged by banks/payment gateways are non-refundable.
5. Late Arrivals & No-Shows
- Guests must arrive at the boarding location at least 30 minutes before departure.
- Late arrivals or no-shows may result in cancellation without refund.
6. Non-Refundable Charges
- Any custom requests (e.g. food, decoration, event setup) are non-refundable once confirmed.
- Refunds are not applicable for partial usage or early return of the yacht.
